This Global Professional Services, FTSE 100 company are looking for a Technology Procurement Specialist to join their team in London. Technology Procurement Specialist

• This role will be required to manage supplier relationships. You will travel to meet with suppliers, discuss continuous improvements across the supplier base as well as process improvement that have the ability to deliver tangible service and commercial outcomes.
• You will engage in proactive engagement within the business/ service functions. Additionally, you will support Global Category Managers with the implementation of procurement strategies.
• Reporting directly into the Procurement Technology Category Manager, you will ensure support is given for all sourcing and vendor management activities in line with the companies technology transformation.
• You will focus your time on three main areas: strategic sourcing, relationship management and risk management.

Key Skills for Technology Procurement Specialist

• Good level of experience and knowledge in strategic sourcing. You must also show good communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
• A key factor you must show is the ability to identify risks.
• MCIPS or CIPS is required but not essential.
