Global Investment Bank - EMEA Technology Procurement Sourcing Lead - London / WFH - £90-100k + Generous Package
Global financial services giant operating across 33 different countries is now seeking a highly ambitious and qualified Procurement Specialist to join their procurement function as a EMEA Procurement Sourcing Lead looking after the whole of the technology spend across the EMEA region whilst also having a global remit across Australia and the US.
They are going through a huge period of growth with new and exciting projects on the horizon to get stuck into. Not only will you be joining an award winning procurement function but you will be working hand in hand with the CPO to develop and implement strategies across the technology category, whilst also maintain autonomy over the category.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced environment with a clear progression and development pathway.
As an EMEA Tech Procurement Specialist you will:
- Be delivering results through the successful delivery of both sourcing projects and group procurement improvement initiatives
- Delivering value from a wide variety of projects spanning all Tech related categories balancing speed of execution with commercial value and risk management
The successful individual will:
- Have previous experience working in a Financial Services or pharmaceutical background or and depth of knowledge of the technology category
- Have experience in a senior procurement position managing a team
- Be equipped and able to working a fast paced environment
- Understand the financial services industry and the governance which comes along with it
- MCIPS and degree desirable but not necessary
