Indirect IT Procurement Manager / Global Financial Services / London / Flexible Working / Interim Position / £400 - £500pd

Indirect IT Procurement Manager responsibilities…

  • Advising and supporting the development of supplier strategy, sourcing options and commercial models across the Technology cost base
  • Excellent relationship management with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders such as key suppliers
  • Sourcing a variety of IT sub-categories and services; including software, hardware and Telecommunications, depending on what is needed within a particular procurement project
  • Undertaking a variety of day-to-day activities; from market analysis and benchmarking to ensuring competitive tenders that align with the corporations procurement policies

Indirect IT Procurement Manager requirements…

  • Degree / MCIPS desirable but not essential
  • Ability to demonstrate past indirect procurement success, particularly in relation IT procurement sub-categories, including but not limited to software and hardware
  • Strong skills surrounding contract management and negotiation
