Indirect IT Procurement Manager / Industry-Leading Pharmaceutical organization / Remote Working / £400pd - £500pd

This globally renowned pharmaceutical organization have formulated a new procurement team within the tech division and is therefore seeking a passionate procurement professional to join the team as an Indirect IT Procurement Manager.

You will be responsible for driving procurement strategy across the end to end procurement function in relation to a variety of IT procurement sub-categories, including but not limited to, software, hardware and networks procurement.

Your role will be split in terms of autonomously leading a range of IT procurement projects that are both small and large contracts, as well as providing support to the overall team in terms of a range of activities; from helping to drive and formulate strategy to data analytics and building a contract pipeline.

This exciting procurement opportunity can be undertaken on a remote basis and although it's initially a 6 month contract, the position will inevitably be extended.

Indirect IT Procurement Manager requirements…

• MCIPS / Degree advantageous but not essential
• Ability to demonstrate past indirect procurement success, ideally in relation to indirect procurement categories such as hardware and software procurement
• Desire to succeed and work autonomously as well as collaboratively
