A leading FTSE 100 company are wanting a passionate individual to join their procurement team in London or Manchester as an Indirect Procurement Manager. Indirect Procurement Manager

This company are looking to have a huge internal transformation with new, innovate technology. Your role will be to support ongoing sourcing and vendor management in this transformation. You will be their to develop and execute sourcing strategies that will drive efficiency, and effectiveness from the IT supply chain.

You will ensure supplier relationships are kept professional as well as ensuring they are maintaining company standards and abiding by objectives. Robust negotiations will be vital for contracts internally and ensuring best procurement processes are kept.

This company want you to focus and have huge success in three main areas of the role.


  • Strategic sourcing - you will manage sourcing activities in relation to technology, and ensuring that they are all aligned with the businesses objectives.
  • Relationship management - the role requires you to act as a trusted business advisor to functional leader, and the first point of contact for key suppliers.
  • Risk management - negotiations of tough contracts, service level agreements with legal input.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications

    This successful Indirect Procurement Manager needs to show clear, outlined experience in strategic sourcing. They should have robust communication, influencing and relationship management skills. You should have the ability to work well in a collaborative team and independently. Degree level education, MCIPS, CIPS is preferred but not a necessity.
