This Global, Household Name FMCG Company is seeking an Indirect Procurement Category Manager to lead the expansion of the indirect procurement function. Indirect Procurement Category Manager role involves:

• Creating lasting and effective relationships with stakeholders, globally, at all levels, to ensure the procurement of all indirect categories is optimized and efficient.
• Developing and Implementing indirect procurement strategy, across categories including, but not limited to: Consultancy, IT Procurement, Facilities, Retail, Professional Services, CAPEX, MRO,
• Anticipating the future needs, both long-term and short-term, of the indirect procurement categories, creating strategies and outlining requirements for the broader procurement team.
• Responsibility for both value adding and cost saving across all indirect procurement categories.

Indirect Procurement Category Manager role success profile:

• A track record of working across indirect procurement categories, including but not limited to: Consultancy, IT Procurement, Facilities, Retail, Marketing Procurement, and professional services, CAPEX, MRO.
• Proven ability to create procurement strategies for a wide range of categories across indirect procurement, whilst maintaining credibility and integrity.
• Degree or equivalent experience working within FMCG procurement.
