This leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Global IT Procurement Manager to provide high quality procurement solutions, focusing on areas such as Core infrastructure and Cloud Platforms. The role of Global IT Procurement Manager role will see the successful candidate managing a $100-$150m spend across IT Procurement.

Global IT Procurement Manager role involves:

• Creating lasting and effective stakeholder relationships at all levels, globally, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Procurement strategies across the IT Categories.
• Developing high quality procurement strategies, to both maximise value and reduce cost across categories including, but not limited to: Core infrastructure, Cloud platforms, Software, Hardware, Software Licensing, Ecosystem management.
• Executing well designed source-contract processes ensuring the methodologies are best suited to the company's procurement modus operandi.
• Managing 1-5 direct reports in an effective way to utilise and increase productivity.

Global IT Procurement Manager role success profile:

• Proven experience within IT Procurement, working across sub-categories including but not limited to: Core infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, Software, Hardware, Telecoms, Networks, Software Licensing, Technology, IT infrastructure governance.
• An adaptable nature with the proven ability to work closely with c-suite members, as well as experience in managing a team, and completing procurement tasks to a high quality in a timely fashion.
• A degree within a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
