Strategic Change Manager, Source to Pay (SAP Ariba) - London (flexible working) - Leading Global Brand - £90,000-£120,000 + package (incl. car allowance)

A leading global FTSE 100 firm seeks a high-achieving Strategic Senior Change Manager expert to join and lead the Source to Pay team, to drive and implement strategic change. This includes vision and value, leadership engagement, communications, training solutions and change readiness.

As the Strategic Senior Change Manager, you will develop and execute the change management strategy and plan for the transformation programme, including managing change impacts, communications, business readiness and change as core components.

The primary responsibility will be to drive and introduce change to support the onboarding of suppliers onto the Sap Ariba Business Network and help our colleagues to understand and adopt new ways of working, maximising end user adoption and usage.

You will need to advise on the best change approach to implement, as well as implementing this change. You will drive change and act as a positive change agent during this time of change, to deliver successful outcomes.

To be successful an understanding and experience of change management as a discipline is an absolute must for this role, with a proven track record of change management skills to deliver transformation projects of increasing scope, complex ambiguity, visibility and criticality.

An understanding of Source to Pay is critical for this role and to be considered for this role you need to have Change Management experience within a technology change environment (e.g., SAP Ariba Implementation).

This role is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract, it is likely to be extended with potential permanent opportunities.
