Title: Junior Indirect Procurement Specialist
Location: London - Hybrid working from both home and the office
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Package

Within this role you will support the team in the delivery of procurement projects to their clients. This will include the largest and most high-end clients including across magic circle law firms, bulge bracket investment banks, as well as world renowned pharmaceutical, FMCG / retail, and telecommunication giants, working on short-term through to long-term procurement transformations. Throughout these projects you will be responsible for analyzing the clients spend and identifying key areas and opportunities. You will then map out and present the updates of the project throughout to senior management and senior client stakeholders.

When working with these highly valued clients, you should use your procurement knowledge, market and trend analysis to evaluate, recommend recognized procurement methodologies to suppliers. These methodologies should have cost reductions and procurement process improvements.

Key skills & experience sought:

  • 2 years+ indirect procurement experience, with strong commercial endto-end procurement knowledge.
  • Experience covering multiple category projects in relevant industries, including IT, Professional Services, HR, Facilities Management (FM), Marketing and Travel
  • This role requires lots of data work, stakeholder management and the ability to adapt quickly to change during these intense client projects.
  • Desirably but not essential, this individual will have a relevant degree or qualification and a second European language.
