My client is an industry leading transportation organisation with a number of high profile projects on the horizon. They want a senior IT Procurement Category Lead to join their procurement team working on a number of key projects across sourcing & contracts management.

Their new IT Procurement expert will:

• Have a high level of experience in procuring Software, Hardware and Telecoms
• Display an impressive track record of managing heavy spends and generating large savings
• Have significant experience of implementing new business strategy, and be well-versed in strategic sourcing
• Have experience working with OJEU regulations and expertise in the private sector in order to effectively navigate the stakeholder base

In order to be successful, their IT Procurement specialist will:

• Strong IT Sourcing & Contracts Management expertise with a track record of delivery
• Strong experience working with OJEU regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively navigate the stakeholder base
