This Strategic Procurement Specialist role will involve:-

Regular engagement with executive stakeholders, embedding oneself within the business and gaining crucial buy-in for the indirect spend categories (particularly HR, Professional Services & Legal and Marketing)

Personally tailored development towards either Category Management or Senior Procurement Leadership

Ownership of the 7-step procurement process from contract drafting, negotiation, stakeholder and contract management, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management (SRM) projects

Leading key supplier relationships with the market's biggest vendors for the relevant services categories (i.e., Professional Services, HR & Recruitment, Marketing, Corporate Services, IT etc)

Desired skills / qualifications / experience: -

Significant sourcing experience across at least one of the following indirect procurement categories: Marketing, HR, Professional Services & Consultancy, Facilities Management (FM), Travel, Fleet, MRO, IT

A strong track record of progression within leading blue chip institutions

Degree or equivalent
