Rapidly growing professional services seeks a Procurement Leader to join their procurement function during a period of exciting transformation and growth. This organisation has gone through unprecedented growth over the last 18 months paving the way for procurement to become an integral value-led function within at the heart of the business' growth agenda.

As a Head of Procurement, you will:
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholder groups to develop & deliver sourcing best practices
- Develop end to end sourcing strategies helping transition the procurement team from transactional to a more a strategic function focusing on category management & SRM development
- Manage sourcing activities across indirect services (Professional Services, IT, Facilities & Construction)
- Build strong relationships across the business and with the supplier base, ensuring that business strategies are integrated into the procurement planning process
- Negotiate & manage contracts with key suppliers
- Create & maintain procurement processes, tools & strategy
- Manage and mentor junior procurement staff
Required Skillset:
- Strong procurement expertise across the end to end sourcing process with a track record of delivery strategy
- Indirect category expertise as a generalist is beneficial, with exposure across spend such as Professional Services, Facilities, Logistics, Construction & Technology
- Strong contract management experience
- Excellent communicator with strong expertise engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholder groups
- Degree & MCIPS preferred but not required
