Are you a professional services procurement specialist looking to further develop your career in the HR spend area within a prestigious market leader in the global professional services industry? This firm is looking to hire an ambitious individual with a strong fundamental knowledge of sourcing and contract management of the HR spend categories to join its indirect procurement team in its stunning Central London Headquarters.

As the Strategic Sourcing Specialist for HR Services, you will be a trusted advisor and business partner to your internal stakeholder to ensure the business is achieving the best value out of all its contracts. Your supplier base will consist of companies that provide HR Technology services, Recruitment & Outsourcing Services, Employee Benefits, Insurance, and much more. Furthermore, you will be heavily engaged in special projects that help deliver initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion, Unbiased Job Descriptions, and Candidate selection processes.

Procurement's agenda within this organization is not simply to drive down costs but to add value throughout the tendering process ensuring best practices are upheld in supplier management, risk management, sustainability & responsible sourcing, data protection, and much more.

What you will need to be successful in the role of Strategic Sourcing Specialist - HR Services:-

• Experience working within the procurement or strategic sourcing team of an established global professional services company with subject matter expertise in relevant HR services spend categories (Recruitment, CRM, RPO, Insurance, Benefits, Learning & Development, or similar)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to proactively engage with various cross-functional stakeholders at all levels in the business
• A highly commercial mindset with a meticulous approach to contracts management and negotiations
• To act as a strategic advisor to your internal business partners ensuring procurement best practices and due diligence processes are met
• Champion key initiatives for the business such as Diversity & Inclusion, Modern Slavery, Environment & Sustainability and Data Protection ensuring these points are regularly addressed during tendering processes
