This hugely exciting startup in the energy sector is looking for a new Procurement Professional to join their team and aid in the expansion of their infrastructure and ever growing portfolio. This will allow you, as manager, to build upon the existing framework to create a unique and exciting workplace to impart your knowledge in order to utilise your £1BN Global Spend.

With renewable alternatives at the forefront of their thinking, the company wants you to expand their Global Reach and will give you, as the Construction Procurement Manager, complete authority in how you make this happen by managing all processes including contract management, construction procurement activities and will also be involved in O&M.

As Construction Procurement Manager, you can enjoy the following roles:

• Oversee the whole Procurement Process end-to-end
• Have a varied approach, managing a variety of processes
• Using your great buying skills to achieve the optimal price without compromising on quality
• Work closely with colleagues in other disciplines when executing your plans
• Use your refined approach to negotiation to establish relationships with future tenders
• Assist with O&M (SMA) procurement activities

Required procurement experience, skills & experience:

• Degree educated in related subject areas
• Extensive experience in large construction procurement/Labour
• Experience working with industry specific forms (FIDIC, NEC, JTC)
• Exceptional ability to draw insights and drive performance using innovative practices
• Strong portfolio of recent successes in the industry
• MCIPS or working towards
