Within this role you, will be sourcing IT from hardware, software and telecom categories. You will work a lot on projects covering cloud security using AWS and Datadog. You will assist the IT Category Manager in key sourcing activities such as RFx, supplier negotiations and contracting, and making sure all suppliers are working in compliance with the company's standards and policies.

You will work closely with the senior stakeholders within the company and gain an unparalleled insight into the financial services industry. This firm are also conducting a huge transformation within their procurement function and joining the team now will allow you to have a huge say in the future of procurement for the business.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with strategic sourcing activities, whether that's IT sourcing or other procurement sourcing categories. You must be able to portray good end-to-end procurement knowledge as a basic.
• Previously worked closely and liaised with senior stakeholders and suppliers (good soft skills), issuing tenders, and done contracts work.
• Good drive - ambitious, keen to learn and develop. Good judgement skills - identifying logistical and timely decisions. Finally, organization - being able to balance a variety of tasks and issues.
