This household name is seeking an experienced IT Sourcing specialist to join there expanding procurement team during an exciting period of transformation.

The media industry has gone through a significant towards a more online/digital platform for its customers, which has meant a huge need for change across this business. This has created a new need for a number of large-scale board backed digital transformation projects where this position will play a pivotal role as the sourcing lead.

As an IT/Technology Sourcing Manager, you will:

• Work closely with c-suite stakeholder to deliver sourcing projects across digital procurement initiatives
• Be a subject matter expert across software & IT Professional Services Sourcing
• Work within a wider team to lead the re-organisation both within the company and within the procurement function, as the company undertake an exciting large scale revitalisation preparing for a more digital oriented future.
• Facilitating a companywide move to cloud computing
• Ensuring the maintenance and improvement of business partnering

IT/Technology Sourcing requirements:

• Experience working within IT and Digital Procurement categories, including but not limited to: Software, Networks, Telecommunications, Software Licensing, Technology, IT services.
• Extensive experience within Indirect Procurement, with the proven ability to anticipate the needs within procurement and development of related procurement strategies.
• The successful candidate will be a quick learner and a hands-on, resilient individual.
• Degree & CIPS qualified is desired but not essential.
