Procurement Manager - Indirects & HR - Global Law Firm - London + hybrid working - £65-75k + package

This globally recognised law firm, renowned for having a high-class procurement function, is looking to bring onboard a dynamic and up and coming senior procurement manager to take lead of this firms dynamic and transforming indirect category spend which is deemed highly critical to the operations of this firm, including a number of large-scale transformation programs.

This organisation operates around a number of core values, including being 'bold', being 'collaborative' and 'exceptional' in what you do, all of which make this team a standout function to be a part of. Recently coming off the back of several transformation programs including two large technology transitions, this truly is an opportunity for this senior manager to cut their teeth on some globally exciting projects, whilst also take over leadership within a function going from strength to strength.

You will report and work closely with the global Head of Procurement in role and take leadership and line management of 3-4 in the team, whilst also being a key leader globally in developing organisational strategies across a number of categories, again making this a great learning and growth opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior manager role.

In return this organisation is looking for the following:

  • Procurement category management experience across a range of indirect procurement spend areas, including; professional services, IT & HR
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience of working with senior executive stakeholders and feel comfortable in challenging these stakeholders to drive results
  • Management or line management experience is a must
  • Degree / CIPS / MCIPS is preferred however not essential
