Hybrid Role - Sourcing Manager - FM & Utilities - £43,000 + 15% Bonus + Share Options + MCIPS Funding
Northampton
FTSE 100 logistics giant seek a skilled indirect Procurement/Sourcing professional to join their established procurement function. Your role will involve sourcing for their award winning Facilities Management and Utilities procurement function, where you will be leading their sourcing function across the UK & NI, working with over 100 contracted suppliers across 8 entities.
Utilising their £multi-million spend, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders including Managing Directors, Site Managers and H&S Managers to maintain a strong cross-functional relationship across the procurement function.

My client is offering a hybrid role which requires you to have:
- Proven experience in indirect procurement functions (HR, Marketing, FM, Utilities, Professional Services etc)
- Experience in working and negotiating with key stakeholders and managing large spends
- Track record of implementing Procurement and Sourcing strategy
- Knowledge of procurement processes and working with data to inform your sourcing strategy
- A relevant degree and/or equivalent experience
- MCIPS advantageous but not essential
