IT Procurement Manager - Global FMCG Organisation

Location: Dublin (Hybrid & Remote working available)

Salary: €80,000 - €85,000 + Extensive Package

This household name FTSE 100 global retail organisation are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Advisor to join their renowned and established procurement function, to work within and alongside their procurement and IT departments to navigate an exciting transformative period for the business.

This role offers the opportunity to assist in the development of category strategy within IT Procurement on a global scale, in sub categories including but in no way limited to: Hardware, Software, SaaS, Cloud.

This opportunity upwards step for an up-and-coming, passionate, driven procurement professional.

IT Procurement Manager role includes:

• Operating within all sub categories of IT procurement and contract management, with autonomy on transformative projects, in this critical area of spend for a global organisation
• Implementing procurement strategy to both add value and cost save across IT procurement categories including but not limited to: Software, Hardware, Cloud, Networks.
• Working cross functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders, globally, at all levels to ensure the implementation of the latest strategies and enhancements to procurement.

IT Procurement Manager Success Profile:

• Experience working across IT Procurement and Indirect Procurement, with knowledge surrounding category strategy, procurement methodologies, including areas such as, but in no way limited to: Hardware, Software, SaaS, Cloud, Telecoms, Contract Management.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and business partners effectively.
• Strong Academics & MCIPS are desired but not essential.
