This international financial software company, specializing in ERP and P2P tools, has been growing rapidly through acquisitions in Europe and North America and is now growing the team in France to bring on some technical consultants to help deliver the implementation of their tools to their global customers.
As an ERP Technical Consultant, you will be engaged in the end-to-end implementation of the company's tools into the customer's ecosystem from the pre-sales stage through to production and go-live.
You will be required to have a high level of technical knowledge in ERP system design to translate customer requirements into technical product solutions, troubleshoot and configure the system settings, test the stability of the tools, and lead workshops for the end-users
The ideal profile of the ERP Technical Consultant should have the following:-
- An educational background in IT (Engineering or Masters level education)
- A proven track record of implementing IT software, preferably ERP or CRM tools (SAP, Oracle, Ivalua, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc)
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, programming languages, and exchange protocols (e.g. databases, SQL, PHP, Laravel, API, SFTP, and Webservices)
- Must speak fluent French and English to work with French and international customers
- Excellent client-facing relationship management experience and ability to manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
