You will be entering a consultancy that takes a holistic approach to their clients, embedding yourself within a variety of firms, ranging from greenfield companies, where you can implement your processes to established brownfield organisations, where you will be aiming to optimise existing procurement processes. Alongside this exciting approach to procurement consultancy, the culture is very much unique. They boast a relaxed environment, whether that be in the office or on client site. Holding regular social events, making use of the range of activities surrounding their HQ and ensuring you have work life balance. My client pioneered the flexible working scheme even prior to COVID in order to give their employees flexibility and whether you work solely from the office or hybrid, is completely up to you.
This unique approach to work life balance has markedly improved productivity which coupled with long standing contracts, with some of the largest companies in the world, has enabled the company to experience rapid growth in recent years. They are actively hiring across all levels, with a clear and defined progression structure being offered. Promotions are based purely on your performance, rather than internal politics that plague other firms. You will be given every opportunity to utilise your expertise and move up through the business with full support whichever route you take. A member of every team sit at board level. Thus, ensuring your viewpoints are heard and adjustments can be made based on this feedback, once again highlighting the value they place on their employees.
