Value Match are supporting a private sector organisation based in North East England to appoint a Bid Writer to join their growing organisation. This is a permanent role with a salary up to £35,000.
The role involves assisting in the winning of new business opportunities via structured procurement processes. This entails having full understanding of standard end to end procurement processes – from registering initial interest, co-ordinating internal writing content to providing supporting documentation and evidences as part of submission.
The successful candidate must have:
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent time management
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in IT Skills, using external Portals as well as the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working as a bid writer within the civil engineering or construction sector
