Location: London / WFH

Salary: £60-70k + Competitive package

Non-negotiables: French OR German speaking

My client is a world leading asset management bank operating from over 30 different countries world-wide. After significant growth over the last few years they are rapidly expanding their procurement function to accommodate client demand across the EMEA region. Due to this, they are now seeking a highly adept Operations Analyst to join their award winning procurement function and take over key vendors in that region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Analyst with key skills in p2p, payment transactions and customer services to join a £multimillion organization and be given total ownership of the EMEA region. Due to the remit of the role the selected candidate will be fluent in either German or French.

As a Payment Operations Analyst you will:

• Working in a diverse team upholding values that make my client the market leader;

• Delivery of exceptional solutions for clients
• Aid in vendor customer services across the EMEA region, managing the payment processing and invoice queries of all vendors across this region
• Identify opportunities for future business development with key clients

Your skills & experience

• FLUENT in FRENCH OR GERMAN
• Successful & sustained delivery in prior client Operations solutions
• Strong understanding of payment processing and the payment platforms such as Coupa
• An understanding of basic budgeting and forecasting for projects is beneficial albeit not essential
