FM & Construction Procurement Manager - Global FTSE 250 FMCG - £80,000 + package

Location: Berkshire (flexible working available)

This prestigious £Multi-Billion FTSE 250 Global FMCG is enjoying rapid global expansion and following a recent transformation to re-focus and enhance their operations, they are now pouring investment into an already award-winning, best-in-class Procurement Function. With bases in 400+ locations across 20 countries worldwide, they are growing their presence even more and as a result, require an experience procurement manager to focus on the development of new facilities.

As a Facilities Management & Construction Procurement Manager, you will be managing an enormous spend up to £2 Billion, which is the second largest spend in the whole organisation after logistics. It will be your job to oversee projects and implement new procurement category strategy across categories including but not limited to HVAC, Construction and Fit-Outs. With a complex portfolio of spend, you will be working closely with the CFO and a Global Network of Stakeholders, playing a vital role in pushing the successful expansion and business transformation as a whole.

This is a permanent position where you can be based in a modern Berkshire office on a flexible basis (circa 2 days per week with the rest at home). With core hours being 9-4 and an 'early Friday finish' policy, you can choose your own work hours to start / finish earlier, providing you the flexibility to achieve a real work/life balance. The salary on offer is up to £80,000 alongside an excellent package with a bonus up to 25%.
