This best-in-class organization is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager as the individual previously within this position has progressed into a more senior role. You will be working within a great company environment that provides various mechanisms to individually develop each on of its employees, including 6-monthly reviews and providing various training/development initiatives. This company maintains overall performance whilst continuously encouraging work/life balance through provision for flexible working.

You will have the opportunity to drive procurement strategy across the end-to-end procurement function across a generalist range of indirect procurement categories, including but not limited to, indirect Professional Services, HR and Marketing procurement.

Global Indirect Procurement Manager responsibilities…

  • Lead sourcing activities across the end to end procurement function in relation to various indirect procurement categories, such as indirect Professional Services procurement, FM procurement and IT procurement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, from high-profile global suppliers to internal senior management and C-Suit stakeholders
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement across the procurement function within the indirect procurement space and suggest as well as implement fresh creative procurement strategy to improve procurement processes and practice
  • Undertake a range of procurement activities, including but not limited to, leading excellent negotiation, conducting market tenders and supporting the contract management process

Global Indirect Procurement Manager requirements…

  • Ability to demonstrate past procurement success across a range of indirect procurement categories, such as indirect Professional Services procurement, HR procurement and FM procurement
  • Strong skills surrounding stakeholder relationship management and negotiation
  • Hands on approach to delivering procurement projects in both an independent and collaborative manner
