Salary: £32,358 - £38,697 per annum

37 Hours per Week

We are currently recruiting for Procurement professionals to join the Councils Procurement Team within the Resource and Place Delivery Directorate. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who will be team players and are able to work closely with stakeholders in a client focused environment. We are recruiting for two Assistant Category Managers to work alongside and assist Category Managers in providing procurement advice and support to Council departments.

The post holders will work with and assist the Category Managers to implement agreed procurement and contracting strategies.

Sound working knowledge of Public Contract Regulations 2015 and its application when undertaking tendering activities is essential.
