The successful Procurement Manager will have the autonomy to exercise commercial leadership within a high performing team of procurement professionals. You will manage a spend of £125m across categories inclusive but not limited to transport, support services, warehouse automation and e-commerce within a world class leading procurement function.
You will directly influence a globally leading organisation, highly recognized as industry leading, with access to a exclusive network of internal and external stakeholders, including providing commercial leadership to senior group executives.
The successful candidate will therefore lead the development and implementation of procurement category strategies at a global level. You will work alongside stakeholders to maximize the value of pre-existing supplier contracts and relationships.

Key Procurement Category Manager Skills
- In-depth Procurement knowledge preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics
- Be commercially astute with strong communication and negotiation skills and maintain the ability to apply a variety of commercial approaches to deliver real value to the business
- The successful candidate will have industry knowledge and category insights in order to provide knowledge based solutions to stakeholders across the business.
- Knowledge in warehouse automation is advantageous
