Despite having an established procurement function this organisation is looking to transform the overall function thus enabling you to imprint your procurement approach.

You will support the identification of areas for improvement across procurement processes, practices and overall procurement strategy to then implement and maintain a fresh, creative and effective procurement approach.

Senior Indirect Procurement Manager responsibilities…

• Drive procurement strategy across a generalist range of indirect procurement categories, from Professional Services and FM procurement to IT and HR procurement
• Continuously identify areas for improvement across the end to end procurement function in terms of revitalising existing procurement strategy, processes and practice in order to suggest and implement fresh, creative and effective procurement strategy
• Diverse day-to-day procurement activities, from strategic sourcing and contract management to tendering and negotiation

Senior Indirect Procurement Manager requirements…

• Past procurement transformation experience desirable but not essential
• Strong strategic procurement abilities across a generalist range of indirect procurement categories, such as IT procurement, FM procurement and/or Marketing procurement
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities
