Procurement Excellence Manager - FTSE 100 Award Winning Procurement Function

Salary: £65-75,000 plus bonus and package

Location: Remote options with offices Nationwide (London, Birmingham, Manchester)

This prestigious £Multi-Billion FTSE-100 FMCG firm are enjoying continued success and are frequently re-investing into their award-winning procurement function. They now seek a specialist within procurement operations and governance to develop strategic policies and processes, ensuring that that the global range of suppliers supporting all operations are robust, fit for purpose and embodying the organisations wider goals. This position is vital to ensure that risks are managed effectively across a highly complex supply chain, and strategies are pushed through smoothly and effectively. You will play a key role in embedding the firms ESG strategies and values, including corporate and social responsibilities from an operational excellence perspective.

You will be reporting to the Head of Procurement for Commercial Strategy and operating across the whole supply chain and different procurement teams. After an award-winning Procurement Transformation in 2020, this firm now have a huge focus on not only cost savings, but sustainability, market analysis, and innovation, meaning there is an endless scope for you to push the boundaries as a Procurement Excellence Manager, and ensure commercial excellence throughout the function.

If you have experience in operational procurement, either on a project basis or long term risk management / supplier assurance across framework developments, then this could be a fantastic next step to step into a renowned procurement team and drive forward the strategy by having the strongest foundations and processes in place.
