This global manufacturing business is undergoing an exciting period of growth and maturity of the procurement function that is seeing an evolution of the department from being a more tactical operation to a strategic, value-added business partner.

As part of this evolution, the business is looking to hire a Global Head of Procurement to manage the CAPEX and OPEX categories and report directly to the CPO. You will be in charge of transforming the global CAPEX and OPEX categories from tactical to strategic. Given the ongoing transformation in the business, this position is one of the most important leadership roles in the procurement team.

You will manage a global team of 4 across all regions (North America, South America, EMEA and APAC) that will help roll out local strategic sourcing strategies.

As the Global Head of Procurement - CAPEX and OPEX, you will be responsible for:-

• Expertly manage your global €700m CAPEX and OPEX spend by creating and implementing global strategic sourcing strategies across all regions
• Support the ongoing business transformation alongside other procurement leaders to deliver a more strategic global procurement approach
• Provide guidance and leadership to your global regional leaders and lead the implementation of best-in-class procurement strategies
