Job Details
Value Match are supporting a private sector procurement consultancy who are looking for a Category Specialist within Construction and/or Facilities Management (FM) to join their growing team. These are permanent roles with up a salary of up to £65,000 on offer. These roles will be a mixture of remote and office based. Candidates must have experience of setting up complex public sector construction frameworks, single and two-stage design & build tenders, and have a good working understanding of construction contract forms (JCT & NEC).
- In-depth knowledge of procurement, construction, M&E and commercial profiling
- Ideally experience working within a local authority, housing association, or university procurement function
- Prior involvement in development of internal frameworks.
- Good working knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms.
- Excellent relationship building and client/stakeholder management skills.
- MCIPS
- Project and Programme Management Professional Qualifications (e.g. Agile, Prince2 or equivalent)
