Working for a consultancy provides great diversity in terms of applying your procurement abilities to a range of company's that cover a wide range of industries, from financial services to technology. You will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the indirect professional services procurement space, covering a variety of sub-categories, from Personnel Services procurement to Consultancy procurement.

Senior Indirect Professional Services Procurement Consultant responsibilities…

• Deliver effective procurement projects through devising, implementing and maintaining fresh procurement strategy and overall transformation across the end to end procurement function within the indirect professional services procurement space
• Establish excellent relationships with a range of stakeholders from C-Suit stakeholders at FTSE100 organisation to driving internal collaboration with colleagues at various levels
• Understand business requirements and overall structuring to meet those requirements in a timely and efficient manner
• Undertake a range of day-to-day procurement activities; from conducting market tenders and negotiating to drafting contracts and leading cross-functional teams

Senior Indirect Professional Services Procurement Consultant requirements…

• Degree / (M)CIPS desirable but not essential
• Strong expertise within the indirect professional services procurement space and relevant sub-categories, such as Audit, Tax and Consultancy procurement
• Strong skills surrounding leadership, negotiation and stakeholder engagement
