Role: Procurement Manager - Facilities & Operations

Firm: UK's biggest construction investment firms

Location: London / Hybrid working

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Package

Join one of the biggest UK investment construction companies, who trade geographically across the UK, US and Hong Kong to become a Procurement Manager - Facilities & Operations. They work in sectors such as transportation, power and energy water and social infrastructure with an intention of creating and caring for the vital assets that enable societies and economies to grow. Role responsibilities:

  • You will play a critical role of managing the company's existing corporate real estate spend (£150-200M) per annum
  • Work closely the senior stakeholders to create and deliver a strategic category strategy to run in line with business objectives
  • Work with existing suppliers, managing all performances but work with new suppliers across the EMEA region, conducting a full onboarding process with your team of 5
  • Manage a team of 5 - from buyers to junior category managers

Key experience required:

  • Experienced within a corporate real estate, or facilities background
  • Experience in operations - security, cash banking, risk
  • Ability to lead and navigate a team and sucessful juniors
  • Proven success in strategy roll-out
  • A background ideally with; financial services, professional services, corporate real estate, construction, or relevant
  • Full UK right to work - happy to travel into London 1-2 days a week
