This Global technology giant, who have one of the biggest names on the market, are renowned for their best-in-class reputation across services and their in-house procurement team. Due to ambitious goals to achieve Net Zero in order to maintain their presence at the forefront of the market, their strategic sourcing team is looking for an experienced PMO to advise the procurement team on their Carbon Emissions. Reporting directly to the CPO, you will play a vital role in delivering this change towards sustainability, ESG policies and Net Zero goals.

This innovative organisation is on a transformational journey with the intentions to drive commercial capabilities and value, not only pertaining to spend optimization but also in implementing and progressing environmental sustainability within the organisation, with the aim of achieving Net Zero targets. This requires dynamic and trusted information management to ensure well-organised end-to-end procurement processes and the advancement of the teams success in achieving sustainability targets.

Your duties in this function will include, but not be limited to, project support and management, risk identification and management, cost control and analysis, compliance assurance, and oversight of data documentation. You will also be expected to work flexibly across multidisciplinary teams. You will interact constructively with stakeholders to formulate and establish the range of operating requirements for procedures and tools required to meet environmental objectives, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams, overseeing governance and compliance to ensure optimal procurement process standards. To be successful in this function, you must coordinate with various teams to develop strategy and action plans in order to drive and deliver on their Net Zero targets. Required is strong experience in large data capture and a track record of effective data analysis and presentation, this includes comprehension of complex statistical models and data grouping.
