This top UK consultancy is looking for an inspirational and charismatic data-driven professional to manage and grow the company's Digital Platform. This organisation is renowned for their data-led approach in delivering cost transformations and sustainable cost reductions. Their inclusive and heavily supportive company culture has been the catalyst for their rapid growth within the UK professional services industry. This firm offers home-based contracts to internal stakeholders which allows flexibility over workload and mitigates the stress of rising travel costs.

Your role as a Digital Platform Director will be to generate and support sales of £2-3 million per annum through lead generation and business development. You will be supporting sales as a technical expert across the POD's by driving the commercialisation of the company's existing and new technologies to clients. You will be reporting to the CTO and lead a team of 20 - comprising of Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Teams. You will be a role model to your team by managing KPI's to support individual growth and phenomenal team performance. You will be expected to sustain the consistency of recurring revenue streams from new and existing clients through application of the company's renowned delivery frameworks. To maximise business development, you will own the digital platform R&D strategy, stay up to date on market trends, and support marketing activity to increase brand awareness. Being proficient in harnessing business development will allow you to identify technology opportunities to embed the Digital Platform's capability within clients.

Requirements:

  • Evidence of thorough development within consulting and/or data management.
  • Heavy experience within business development, business intelligence, and revenue generation.
  • Knowledge and application of procurement/supply chain cost transformation techniques.
  • Have demonstrated leadership within data projects across a range of sectors.
  • Utilisation of BI dashboards and ETL tools.
  • Clear evidence of sales experience.
  • Batchelor's Degree in business, mathematics, science, or economics.
  • Evidence of ongoing learning.
  • MBA or master's degree or equivalent is desirable.
