This FTSE100 Medical Tech company has undergone a significant transition over the past three years to improve strategy and development inside business processes. Their procurement division has been revamped to adopt innovative and progressive sourcing initiatives and procurement methods. To advance this, they have hired ambitious and commercially astute procurement minds and are currently seeking a HR/ Fleet Procurement Manager to join their evolving and best-in-class team. This organisation operates on a global scale, currently delivering services to 100 countries with £Billions in revenue generated annually.
As an HR Procurement Manager, you'll be reporting into the Director of Indirect Procurement and will have numerous opportunities to advance the procurement function and further your career while being mentored by top business and procurement minds. There are plans in place for the team to increase significantly, and you will be a major factor in this growth by developing market-leading category plans using your strategic ability to create procurement excellence for the company. You'll be interacting with internal and external HR stakeholders globally, building positive relationships in order to generate value for the business and achieve procurement organisational success. This role also encompasses Fleet management, although it is not a requirement that you have previous experience within the remit of Fleet.
