Managing Consultant - Top UK Consultancy - £750-850 Day Rate - Interim - 3 Month Project Starting in February - Digital Transformation - IT Systems Implementation - ERP - Leadership - Professional Services - Change Management - Manufacturing Project

This rapidly growing boutique consultancy is looking for a data-driven and influential data & analytics professional to lead a team over a 3-month manufacturing project starting in February. This organisation is renowned for their data-led approach in delivering cost transformations and sustainable cost reductions. This firm offers home-based contracts to internal stakeholders which allows flexibility over workload and mitigates the stress of rising travel costs.

Your role as a Managing Consultant will be to act as a role model to your team by managing KPI's to support individual growth and phenomenal team performance. You will be expected to utilize the company's renowned delivery frameworks to maximise benefit/value to the client as well as mitigating risk to protect revenue. You will identify technology opportunities to embed the POD's Digital Platform capability to the client. You will work on a digital transformation project where ERP knowledge/experience is essential in implementing the company's IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Evidence of thorough development within consulting and/or change management.
  • Knowledge and application of procurement/supply chain cost transformation techniques.
  • Have demonstrated leadership within data projects across a range of sectors.
  • Utilisation of BI dashboards and ETL tools.
  • Clear evidence in working on digital transformation projects.
  • Manufacturing project experience is desirable.
  • Batchelor's Degree in business, mathematics, science, or economics.
  • Evidence of ongoing learning.
  • MBA or master's degree or equivalent is desirable.
