Global IT Procurement Manager

This leading international Pharmaceuticals firm is currently seeking an IT Procurement Manager to cover a scope of global projects including, but not limited to Network, Software, Hardware, and Applications. With the backing of a cooperative team of IT procurement specialists, this position will give you unlimited opportunity to execute and lead new category plans. To maximise cost savings, promote excellence in procurement, and capitalise on commercial value, the organisation has established ambitious goals. Through strategic sourcing efforts and industry-leading procurement strategies, they are looking to you to support this vision.

You'll be working closely with major stakeholders and reporting to the Director of Procurement, in this role you'll challenge concepts and procedures to ensure best procurement procedures are adopted. To do this, you'll need to continuously broaden your commercial expertise and scrutinise market trends. You'll have the autonomy to source new requirements, drive procurement through the collaboration of dynamic, diverse suppliers across the globe, and establish dependable connections and partnerships with a wide network of companies.

The organisation is looking for you to be a key driver of strategy and transformation within the team, implementing beneficial long-term plans for the function's future. This position is offered on a hybrid basis and is based in the company's London offices 2-3x per week. The salary for the role is up to £70,000, plus a 15% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
