This global industry-leading FMCG organization provides excellent opportunities for progression and is therefore seeking an Indirect FM Procurement Category manager to join the team and fill a vacancy following an internal promotion. During this role you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective procurement strategy on a global and international scale facilitated through excellent cross-culture stakeholder relationship management.

Global Indirect FM Procurement Category Manager responsibilities…

• Effectively devise, implement and manage global procurement strategies across the end to end procurement function across the indirect FM and Utilities procurement space, as well as exposure to other indirect categories
• Partner with the wider business through continuous collaboration with global stakeholders, both C-Suite internal stakeholders and high-profile suppliers, to maximize value
• Undertake a variety of day-to-day procurement activities from vendor management and negotiation to strategic sourcing and contract management - enabling each day to be different from the next

Global Indirect FM Procurement Category Manager requirements…

• Ability to demonstrate past procurement success across the end-to-end procurement function within the indirect space, ideally with exposure to FM procurement
• Strong skills surrounding communication, stakeholder relationship management and strategic procurement
• Past global exposure would be advantageous but not essential
