Senior Director - Packaging Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) - EMEA & APAC
Global Supply Chain Services Organization
Location - UK or Europe; Remote + Travel
Salary - £120k-£130k + Bonus & Benefits; or € equivalent

As part of the ongoing procurement transformation to create a more structured and strategic global procurement function, this global leader in supply chain services is looking to hire a Senior Director to lead their Supplier Relationship Management business for EMEA and APAC.
In this newly created role, you will take over the management of two Senior Managers and will have accountability for the top, most business critical, supplier relationships. These suppliers are operating predominantly in the packaging space, therefore experience working with Packaging or other raw or production materials will be very useful.
The Senior Direct of SRM will act as an escalation point for any critical supplier issues and have the responsibility of developing strong executive level relationships with the leadership team of these key suppliers.
The be successful in the position of Senior Director of SRM you should have the following skills and experience:-
- A track record of leading an international SRM team in a production or manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills to manage senior leaders within your suppliers
- Highly commercial and strategic mindset to build effective supplier performance tracking metrics and programs
- Ability to create collaborative partnerships with key suppliers that deliver innovation and mutual benefits
- Excellent negotiation skills to always achieve win-win results for you and your suppliers
