Job Details

As an intuitive Indirect Procurement Buyer your expertise, opinions and leadership skills will play an imperative part on the optimisation of the Indirect Procurement team.

Your responsibilities as an Indirect Procurement Buyer will include:

  • Utilising your expertise to assist your team on indirect procurement projects including but not limited to, professional services, Marketing and IT procurement.
  • Leading the onboarding process for new suppliers.
  • Analysing procurement contracts to ensure they comply with policies and NDA procedures.
  • Delivering and developing new indirect procurement processes 

A strong Indirect Procurement Buyer will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in building strong and effective relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage solicitation, the contract award process and work independently.
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience in using PowerPoint to present information.
  • Concise verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable 

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance. Engineering or Business.
