The Graduate Supplier Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

  • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting supplier engagement to support the supplier engagement programme.
  • Supporting external suppliers with daily escalation, issues, and queries.
  • Organising global conferences and recording minutes to contribute towards the end-to-end process.
  • Effectively support the end-to-end process by building and maintaining a professional relationship with external suppliers.
  • Supporting with overall supplier engagement by liaising with internal teams to identify supplier contacts.
  • Supporting the pricing and scope to aide with the development of the catalogue activity.
  • Collaborating with other departments like Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimise the engagement programme.

A strong candidate will possess the following skills and have the experience in:

  • Great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • The ability to showcase multitasking skills, interpersonal nature, and independency in a professional capacity.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.

Desired, but not essential:

  • Knowledge of the procurement function.
  • Knowledge of using Dynamics.
