Following excellent financial performance, this Global Fortune 500 Retail Firm is continuing to expand globally and is now looking to add a brand new Head of Supplier Relationship Management to their team to be based in
Boston, Massachusetts. You will work closely with the firm’s suppliers and be responsible for the design and implementation of the global SRM strategy.
You will enjoy remote working opportunities in this position with occasional travel into the Mississauga headquarters.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join their team with a ‘self-starter’ mindset and the ability to work closely and develop critical business relationships with some of the
firm’s largest suppliers.

Position Overview:
 Work closely with global suppliers to develop SRM programs for key suppliers globally
 Create supplier Relationship Manager strategies and reviews to ensure that the needs of the
business are being adequately met on a global scale
 Work closely with the global procurement teams to train them on SRM programs
Position Requirements:
 Experience creating and managing supplier relationship management programs across multiple
indirect procurement categories
 Experience working in a procurement role, with intimate knowledge of implementing SRM programs (scorecards, supplier KPIs, supplier development, etc.)
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to create and develop lasting business relationships
 A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
