Our client, a Global Procurement leader in the digital transformation space, is seeking a talented and experienced procurement leader to join their team as a tactile leader of the indirect procurement transformation in the French market. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead transformational changes at the highest level while negotiating internal relationships delicately and working closely with senior stakeholders.

As the ideal candidate, you have a proven record of accomplishment and strategic communication across the procurement space. You will be responsible for managing a new, highly motivated team of 8-10 professionals and ensuring that procurement is at the forefront of the changing process. You will need to be driven by challenges and possess the ability to instil methods of compliance and standards.

Our client provides all the necessary training to help you succeed, but we are looking for someone who demonstrates strong character and specialises in navigating delicate conversations and escalations to drive effective transformational change through the organisation.

Responsibilities for the Indirect Procurement National Team Lead for Professional Services:

• As the National Lead based at the company's headquarters, you will play an integral role in stakeholder engagement throughout the transformational change process
• You will have the opportunity to present operational and strategic plans that will foster a trusted partnership and drive procurement plans forward
• Provide subject matter expertise in strategic indirect procurement processes and how to transition the team from a transactional business model to highly strategic
