The Crown Prosecution Service are delighted to advertise the role of Commercial Contract Manager to work within their Commercial team in the Finance Directorate.
This is an ideal time to join the CPS Commercial team, who are expanding and developing their function to deliver a wide-ranging, transformative commercial strategy. The Commercial team play a vital part through working with customers, suppliers, and markets to ensure our diverse range of services are provided to the highest quality and deliver excellent value for money.
As Commercial Contract Manager you will be responsible for providing commercial support services to our clients covering guidance on contractual matters, supplier financial standing assessments and supporting transition processes. You will have responsibility for contract managing a portfolio of contracts, dealing with contractual dispute resolution and managing supplier performance to achieve value for money and savings.
We are seeking individuals who will bring their experience of operating within a complex contracting environment along with their desire to build strong working relationships through strategic relationship management. You will also have experience of delivering commercial contract management activities for large scale contracts. We are looking for individuals who can work pro-actively to support delivery outcomes and identify improvements to procedures/systems. Ensuring supplier performance standards are met and added value is delivered.
