The Crown Prosecution Service are delighted to advertise the role of Lead Commercial Contract Manager to work within their Commercial team in the Finance Directorate. 

 

This is an ideal time to join the CPS Commercial team, who are expanding and developing their function to deliver a wide-ranging, transformative commercial strategy. The Commercial team play a vital part through working with customers, suppliers, and markets to ensure our diverse range of services are provided to the highest quality and deliver excellent value for money. 

 

As Lead Commercial Contract Manager you will be responsible for the delivery and promotion of commercial activities including the development of procurement and contracting strategies, compiling tenders, managing service contracts, and giving commercial advice to stakeholders. You will lead the team to deliver effective procurements through contract management and assurance and support the implementation of procurement strategy.  

 

We are looking for someone who has experience in working in a commercial environment in a complex organisation, who can lead on negotiations with suppliers and work with stakeholders as a trusted advisor. Leading on the design and delivery of the contracting management and supplier relationship management strategies for designated portfolio of contracts.
