Are you an expert in procurement change management, process optimization, policy and governance, looking to put your skills to the test in a leading international IT Consultancy and Outsourcing firm?

This opportunity to be the IT Procurement Transformation Manager will give you executive level exposure to impact the core spend of the organization as IT makes up around 70% of the overall procurement spend of the business. Your strategic initiatives in Procurement and Bid Management will have direct impact on the profitability and financial performance of the organization and for its customer.

The IT Procurement Transformation Manager will operate as the right-hand of the European IT Procurement Director to deliver their vision for the increased professionalism and value-added service of the IT Procurement team.

As the IT Procurement Transformation Manager you can expect to:

• Coordinate the activities of 15 countries in Europe to design more harmonized processes tools, policies and governance
• Work cooperatively with the 6 regional procurement leaders to ensure proper deployment of new procurement strategies
• Support sales & marketing teams on Bid Support, ensuring procurement is involved in early stages of bid management to maintain clear communication channels with new customer accounts
• Identify key external customer accounts where procurement can further improve service delivery to build stronger partnerships
• Design and deploy modernized procurement strategies that will allow the business to stay ahead of its competition in delivering the greatest value to its internal and external customers
