Innovative Company is looking for a Generalist Procurement Specialist to take the next step in what could be an accomplished procurement career. The company is at the forefront of their industry, and the successful candidate will have access to a high profile and illustrious list of suppliers from all around the globe. The levels of exposure in this role are unheard of a relatively junior position, not only with the global remit but also with the scope for interacting and negotiating with Senior Level Stakeholders from an early stage.

As Generalist Procurement Specialist you will: -

• Join a centralised procurement function, in State-of-the-Art offices, to take the lead on various direct and indirect categories including but not limited to Raw materials, FM, and Travel
• Interact with Senior Level Stakeholders to make sure change is managed cross-functionally
• Improve your procurement skills across various categories with a view to moving into a Procurement Manager role in 12-18 months
• Have opportunities for global travel when dealing with niche suppliers from all around the world

Generalist Procurement Specialist Required Background: -

• Experience of end to end sourcing of either direct or indirect categories within a procurement function, ideally in across Healthcare. Pharmaceutical industries, however, other backgrounds will also be considered
• A proven track record of exceeding targets and expectations in previous role(s)
• Degree + Working towards CIPS (beneficial but not essential)
