This Leading Global Construction firm is a leader in their industry and is currently engaged in large multi-year civil construction projects across the US. One of these projects is currently in the initial stages in Seattle, WA and the project team are looking for a Senior Project Buyer to lead the procurement efforts throughout the duration of this project.

As the Senior Project Buyer, you will manage a large spend across this $100+ capital project and work closely with both the senior leadership team as well as the core project team to manage the procurement across multiple categories from CAPEX to FF&E.

To be successful as the Senior Project Buyer, you should possess the following experience:

• Work closely with the project team to implement strategies across multiple procurement categories throughout the duration of the construction project
• Expertly manage your supplier base including the implementation and development of SRM strategies
• Lead the procurement function in conjunction with multiple other department including engineering, mechanical, IT, etc.
• Manage cross-functional project teams of project engineers, material suppliers, purchasing analysts, estimators, subcontractors, consultants, and legal teams
