Are you a highly skilled procurement professional with expertise in indirect procurement? This multinational organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer with a broad range of indirect procurement skills to join a dynamic and growing team.

As a Senior Buyer - Facilities Management & Real Estate, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic sourcing initiatives across various indirect categories, with a particular focus on facilities management and real estate. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with a team of highly talented and motivated individuals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement and be able to work independently to drive value for the organization. You will be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. You will also be expected to provide leadership to the procurement team and be the key point of contact for stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Clear evidence of experience in indirect procurement
  • A solid background in facilities management and real estate sourcing
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in delivering results
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving and fast paced environment.
  • Clear track record of stakeholder management with a clear focus on strategy implementation and risk mitigation.
  • CIPS qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
